TV Fact #307 – August 26th, 2015:

The 1990 American animated drug-abuse prevention television special “Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue” was legendary actor George C. Scott’s debut as a voice actor after already having a 30 year career in live action. He voiced the main villain character Smoke.

The only other animated production Scott ever spoke in was the 1990 theatrical film “The Rescuers Down Under” that same year. He once again voiced the main villain character which was the character Percival C. McLeach.

I suppose after years of hard work and an Oscar win he earned himself a little fun.
