Movie Fact #887 – November 15th, 2015:

Director Barry Levinson likes to place links between his films that are set in Baltimore, his hometown that he grew up in. As such, a Hudson automobile purchased in his 1990 drama film “Avalon” was previously purchased and used in his 1982 American comedy-drama “Diner”. Also, the house that the Krichinsky family leaves to move to the suburbs in “Avalon” was previously used as a residence in his 1987 comedy film “Tin Men”.
